| Life in the Texas Chihuahuan Desert |
 |
| |
The Chihuahuan desert is the largest desert in North America. It covers more
than 200,000 square miles. In the U.S. it extends into parts of New Mexico, Texas and sections of southeastern Arizona.
We will be studying several plants and animals that live in this region. Each "scientist" will research his/her animal and record the information on their animal's page in this wiki. They will then explore the other scientists' information and possibly make additions or corrections.

Thanks, this was a collaboration with a first grade class from Rhodes Elementary. They made additions to our research and entered them in a different font. They then communicated with our first graders in the comment section.
